Ravello’s Catholic wedding can only be religious and ultimately legally binding (you can also get married in your own country beforehand). The ceremony is presided over by a local English-speaking priest. Some couples require the ceremony to be presided over by their local pastor, which is good, but please note that according to Italian law, only Italian resident pastors can perform legally binding ceremonies. All of the above-mentioned churches allow music to be played during the ceremony, as long as it is classical sacred music. The best time for the annual Ravello Catholic wedding is from April to October. Catholic weddings cannot be held during Easter week or local celebrations.
