Dal Conte is a simply but elegantly furnished accommodation on the 2nd floor of a medieval building called '' antica porta '' it is situated in the historical centre of Ravello ( near the church of Santa Maria a Gradillo) The small apartment located near the main square of Ravello - Piazza Duomo ( 80 meters ) with a terrace / solarium ( in common with the other 2 residences) overlooking Ravello and Scala. Just 20 steps from the main road . Dal Conte offers a spacious bedroom and bathroom and kitchen New and with all the comforts. ( air conditioned, tv, hair dryer, free-Wi-Fi ) the washing machine is located on the solarium with another kitchenette for your snacks during the day ) The big terrace ( in sharing with other apartment ) is a peaceful for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The apartment includes 2 rooms and a toilette, so: a modern double bedroom, a lounge with kitchen corner unit (fitted with oven and hob, sink, fridge and overhead cupboards) and  a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has air conditioning (for summer) and heaters (for winter).The kitchen corner units and bathrooms have air extractor fans. Each lounge has terrestrial and satellite TV (LG TV). Cleanig and sheets and towels change are weekly. A washing machine is also available. On the upper floor there is a 100m sq. terrace from where you may admire a beautiful view. Wi-fi available..
