''My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous experience cooking with Chef Vincenzo. His goal is simplicity in cooking, with local, seasonal ingredients. He brought us a local fish for one of our courses that can only be caught in the wee hours of the morning. And the veggies were all from his garden. After eating our 4 courses on his balcony, we were stuffed to the brim with the most delicious meal and also loads of information (no room for dessert even if we tried!). Before we left, the Chef sat down with us and gave us some history of Ravello, much of which many members of his own family were involved first-hand.

This experience was priceless and one of the true highlights from our honeymoon.

We had SUCH a great day cooking with Vincenzo! His apartment is absolutely spectacular and his cooking is extraordinary. He gets you into the kitchen, chopping and dicing and preparing fish -- and then he feeds you what you've learned to make....course after course! He teaches you about every aspect of what you are creating and if you have questions, he answers each one. We had a wonderful, memorable day with Vincenzo. It was a special splurge while we were on the Amalfi Coast, and it was worth it! Highly recommended!
