I was at Vincenzino for a cooking lesson as well, it was all organized by Mario of Wagner Tours. The first pleasant surprise was that we were the only ones doing the course. I thought it was such a treat to have Vincenzino's full attention and really learning the wonderful ways of cooking of this amazing region of Italy. I found out that Vincenzino's classes are only for couples or a group of friends. What I really loved was the "hands on" aspect of the course. It was really hands on! You are seriously working in his kitchen. His recipes are delicious, easy to make and when you are back home, the ingredients are easy to find. The Amalfi coast is not only beautiful but it offers incredible grastronomic culture. We had such a wonderful day! If you are really into cooking and are eager to learn in such a beautiful setting, I really reccomend it!
