The Hotel was originally a paper-mill, owned by the Camera d'Afflitto family.
It has now been converted into a Hotel and is personally managed by the family.
Today, the natural waterfall, that once  powered the mill-wheels, flows down the hill on one side of the Hotel.

The hotel  offers to its customers a wonderful  private access path to reach the sea and a  private bathing area with deckchairs and beach umbrellas; there's also a small bar for drinks and snacks
